Billy Smith provides creative and digital services including websites, branding, graphics, banners, textures, game assets, mods, templates, community systems, shop packs, and related project work. Final scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for custom work are confirmed before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, logos, images, text, account access, brand direction, and required project materials. Delays in feedback, approvals, missing content, or third-party account access may delay the project timeline.
Projects and shop products may use third-party tools such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, Vercel, Supabase, Discord, PayPal, analytics tools, fonts, plugins, game platforms, server hosts, or stock assets. Those services have their own rules, pricing, limits, availability, and outages outside of Billy Smith's control.
Payments may be handled through PayPal or another approved payment processor. Prices shown in the shop are listed before any payment processor fees, taxes, exchange rates, or third-party charges that may apply. Custom service quotes may change based on project size, urgency, revisions, assets, integrations, support needs, and requested changes.
Digital products are delivered electronically. Because downloads and access can be issued quickly after payment, buyers are responsible for checking product descriptions, included files, compatibility notes, and usage instructions before purchase. Delivery may be delayed if payment review, account issues, platform outages, or security checks occur.
Digital product payments are generally final once access or downloads have been delivered. There are generally no refunds after delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed for downloaded files, buyer error, compatibility mistakes, changed plans, or account access removed because of a terms violation. Custom project deposits and payments cover time, planning, design, development, communication, and reserved availability, and may be non-refundable once work begins.
If a buyer opens a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after receiving files, access, or custom work, Billy Smith may pause support, remove download access, disable account access to paid files, and provide order records, delivery logs, product terms, and communication history to the payment processor. Chargebacks for delivered digital products or completed work may result in refusal of future service.
Shop products are digital goods such as assets, packs, templates, mods, files, and setup resources. After payment is confirmed, eligible files are made available through the buyer's account under My Products. Download access may require an active account and may be delivered through protected links, private storage, or other access-controlled methods.
Shop files are intended to be fully editable when the format supports editing. After purchase, the buyer receives a personal or business-use license to edit and use the files for their own project, brand, community, website, server, or content. The purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership of the original product, or the right to resell or redistribute the files.
Purchased files, edited versions, source files, templates, packs, mods, and included assets may not be resold, redistributed, re-uploaded, shared publicly, leaked, bundled into another paid product, given away as a download, or claimed as an original product for resale. Buyers may share files only with direct team members or contractors who are actively helping with the buyer's own project and who follow these same restrictions.
If a buyer is caught sharing, leaking, reselling, redistributing, or otherwise abusing access to paid files, Billy Smith may remove product access, disable download links, cancel future support, revoke account access, and refuse future purchases or services. Access removal for license abuse does not guarantee a refund.
Custom projects include one free revision within reasonable scope after the first delivery or preview. A reasonable revision means small edits, polish, corrections, or adjustments to the agreed direction. It does not include remaking the whole project, changing the entire concept, adding major new features, building extra pages, replacing the approved direction, or requesting a new design as a revision.
New pages, major layout changes, new design directions, extra graphics, additional systems, extra integrations, or added functionality may require a new quote or additional payment. Work outside the approved scope may be paused until the updated price and direction are accepted.
Websites, branding, graphics, shop packs, templates, mods, assets, and community systems are built to improve presentation and usability, but no specific sales, traffic, search ranking, follower count, booking volume, server population, revenue, or business result is guaranteed.
DayZ mod purchases are one-time fees. Each purchase grants a personal or server-use license to install and run the mod on the buyer's own DayZ server or project. The purchase does not transfer copyright, source ownership, or the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the mod or its files.
Buyers may not repack, rebundle, rename, or merge purchased PBO files or extracted mod contents into other mods, mod packs, server bundles, or paid products for distribution. This includes combining purchased work with other files and publishing the result as a new mod or download.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, extracting, or modifying purchased mod files for the purpose of reselling, leaking, republishing, or claiming the work as original is prohibited.
Purchased DayZ mods and included files may not be resold, traded, publicly shared, uploaded to mod sites, posted in Discord leaks, listed on file hosts, submitted to Steam Workshop, bundled into free mod packs, or otherwise distributed outside the buyer's licensed server use.
Buyers may not present Billy Smith's mod work, assets, configs, scripts, or packaged files as their own original creation for sale, promotion, or credit.
Violations may result in immediate download access removal, order cancellation of future purchases, account bans, and refusal of future service without refund. By purchasing a DayZ mod or checking out with mod items in the cart, the buyer agrees to these restrictions.
Buyers and clients may not use files, templates, services, or custom work for fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, infringing, malicious, or harmful activity. Billy Smith may refuse or stop work, remove access, or deny future service where legal, security, payment, or reputational risk exists.
Racism, hate speech, discriminatory conduct, threats, harassment, abusive language, intimidation, targeted disrespect, or hostile behavior toward Billy Smith, clients, users, community members, staff, contractors, or any other person connected to a project or service is prohibited. If conduct is determined by Billy Smith, in reasonable discretion, to violate this policy or create an unsafe, hostile, or reputationally harmful situation, Billy Smith may suspend communication, terminate unfinished work, revoke access, ban the account or user, refuse future service, and retain payments already made for time, work, planning, reserved availability, or delivered materials. No refund is owed for unfinished work when termination results from prohibited conduct or another material breach of these terms.
Support may be handled through the site, account tools, project forms, support forms, Discord, or another channel made available at the time. There is no public contact email listed right now. Support availability may vary by product, project, and current workload.
These terms may be updated as the shop, services, payment flow, file delivery, or business policies change. Continued use of the site, shop, downloads, or services after updates means the updated terms apply.
